Fat Burning

People often ask me about fat burners. The truth is the stuff you can buy off a supplement shop does very little to burn fat. To me they are useless and I do not recommend them to my clients. The best way to trigger fat oxidation is exercise. Regular training improves the capacity of your muscles to oxidize fat. After a period of training, your body will rely more on fat oxidation at the same workload, even at the same relative workload. Exercise combined with a proper diet is the best way to burn fat.
